Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly cannot be attributed either to their commercial or their independent professional activity.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day
on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered uniformly;
on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the last goods, provided that you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;
on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the last partial consignment or the last piece, provided that you have ordered goods that are delivered in several partial consignments or pieces.

by means of a clear declaration of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You may declare the withdrawal in particular by means of a letter sent by post, by email or via our electronic withdrawal function. You can access the electronic withdrawal function on our website via the “Vertrag widerrufen” button and at:

If you use the electronic withdrawal function, you will be requested prior to submitting your declaration of withdrawal to review your details and to confirm the withdrawal in a second step. Following the submission of the electronic declaration of withdrawal, you will immediately receive an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium, in particular by email.
You may also use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, which is, however, not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs, with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you chose a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which the notification of your withdrawal from this contract was received by us.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees because of this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event at the latest within 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send off the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
We shall bear the costs of returning the goods.
Please do not return chemical products or dangerous goods unprotected or without suitable shipping packaging. After receipt of your withdrawal, you will receive separate return instructions where necessary. This instruction serves exclusively for safe return and does not restrict your right of withdrawal.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Grounds for Exclusion and Premature Expiry
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts
for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual choice or determination by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
for the delivery of goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded;
for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of the conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered at the earliest 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the trader has no influence;
for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts
for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if their seal was removed after delivery;
for the delivery of goods if these have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;
for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal was removed after delivery.
