Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery

Delivery is only made within Germany.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

We do not charge shipping costs.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within Germany takes place within 2–4 working days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that delivery does not take place on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped together in one delivery, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you have ordered.
